How to book
Bookings are made via WhatsApp (+55 88 98152-1670) or by email (contact@kiteclubicaraizinho.com). Your booking is confirmed in writing once the dates, the package and the price have been agreed.
Deposit and payment
The amount of any deposit, the remaining balance and the payment methods are stated in writing at the time of confirmation. They vary depending on the package and the season.
Cancellation by the client
If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible on WhatsApp. The refund conditions are those communicated and accepted in writing when the booking was confirmed.
No wind or dangerous conditions
A lesson that cannot take place because of lack of wind or dangerous conditions is not charged. It is rescheduled during your stay, if the planning allows it, or turned into a credit.
Cancellation by the school
If the school has to cancel — for safety reasons, an equipment problem or force majeure — the lesson is rescheduled or refunded, whichever you prefer.
Late arrival or missed lesson
A lesson missed without notice is considered given. Rescheduling remains possible, subject to availability.
