When you contact us
When you write to us via WhatsApp or email, we keep the information you send only to reply and to organise your stay, for as long as necessary. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.
Conversations on WhatsApp go through Meta's service, which is subject to its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (Brazilian law No. 13.709/2018), you can request access, correction, deletion and portability of your data. Just write to contact@kiteclubicaraizinho.com. You can also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the ANPD, Brazil's national data protection authority.
